MK 1 Hand Operated Heat Seal Machine

MK 1 Hand Operated Heat Seal Machine with Rotary Table
	Compact machine ideal for small scale production with the addition of a rotary table that offers increased output as well as easier insertion and removal of the sealed containers. The table can accommodate various sizes of cup rings and can therefore be used to seal a variety of containers. The table is turned manually with a positive location at each sealing station. Operators simply turn the table until it stops and then carry out the heat sealing process by pulling down the sealing head. Temperature is electronically controlled and all parts are designed to provide low maintenance and optimum life. 13 amp power supply. Stainless steel and aluminium construction.
MK 3 Semi Automatic Heat Seal Machine
	The MK3 machine offers electronically controlled cycle time as well as temperature making the machine ideal for R&D, material testing and production of packed product. The sealing head is pneumatically operated and is therefore not operator dependant. The MK3 machine can also be supplied with height adjustment that allows increased flexibility. 13 amp power supply. Stainless steel and aluminium construction.
MK 4 Semi Automatic Heat Seal Machine (Carton Eject)
	The MK4 machine offers the same control as the MK3 but with height adjustment and container eject system as standard. 13 amp power supply. Stainless steel and aluminium construction.
Quick Sealer - Reel Fed Semi Automatic Heat Seal Machines
	Compact machine ideal for Deli’s, fast food outlets, supermarkets and restaurants who wish to supply their customers with a perfectly sealed product. Safe and easy to operate with capacity from 400 to 900 units per hour depending on chosen model. The container is simply placed in the holder and the Quick Sealer is automatically activated. The film is then sealed and neatly cut to shape providing both a secure and well presented pack. Temperature is electronically controlled and all parts are designed to provide low maintenance and optimum life. All machines have a cup counter for easy calculation of machine output. Also available for larger scale production is the Super Sealer range of machines that are fully automated in-line with a capacity of up to 15000 cups per hour.
Rotary Filling Machine
	Entry level filling machine with cup drop, filling, lidding and sealing. Filling of 20 cups per minute. Available for use with pre-cut seals or reel fed. Fully guarded with safety interlocks. Mk1 'Snap On' Lidder
	Compact machine for the application of ‘snap-on’ lids. Ideal for snack foods, olives, etc. Safe and easy to operate with height adjustment for multiple sizes of tubs. Pneumatic operation ensures that every container is closed to the same standard and eliminates the risk of leakage or product loss due to partially or incorrectly closed lids. Also available is the MK3S for larger containers with a higher container/lid resistance.
Semi Automatic Lidder
	High pressure lidder designed the closing large pails, buckets and containers. Ideal for both food and industrial applications with all parts anodized aluminium or stainless steel. The machine is easy to operate with the operator simply placing the filled container and lid inside the machine and de-pressing the foot pedal or pressing the 2 hand start (optional extra) This unit is designed with a ‘quick change’ legs and guides so that different sizes of pail/bucket can be closed with the same machine. Operation ensures that every container is closed to the same standard and eliminates the risk of leakage or product loss due to partially or incorrectly closed lids. The upper section of the machine is fitted with clear polycarbonate guarding on all 4x sides.
Pressure Tester
	Compact pressure tester ideal for Quality Control or Product Development. Easy to operate and suitable for containers of different shapes and sizes. Also suitable for testing pouches and bags with a removeable test tray for easy cleaning. The operator simply places the sealed component inside the machine and switches on the pressure plate. The pressure pad will then contact the test piece at the pre-determined pressure until the test is complete or the sample has failed. All parts are stainless steel or hard aluminium (anodized if required).
Burst Strength Tester (Vacuum chamber)
	Compact vacuum chamber ideal for Quality Control or Product Development. Easy to operate and suitable for containers of different heights and sizes. The SIS burst strength tester can be used to test sealed pots, bottles and blisters. The operator simply places the sealed component inside the bell jar and switches on the vacuum until the test is complete or a pre-determined pressure has been reached. All parts are stainless steel or hard anodised aluminium.
